					<description><![CDATA[I enjoyed reading your post.  As a home visiting Supervisor, I see similar struggles with my staff, whether experienced or new.  Giving them permission to ponder this delicate relationship and how they fit in is so important. It is very easy to get caught up in the layers of responsibility and requirements of our role, agency, program, etc., that we rarely stop and mentally navigate ourselves to the point where we decide to modify our approach or accept that we are doing the very best we can.
