Kaleidoscope: New Perspectives in Service Coordination, Level II (KII) is the second level of the service coordination curriculum. Participants must be certified as an EI Service Coordinator and must complete KI prior to registering for participation in KII. The one and one-half day course includes the following topics:

  • Early Intervention as Part of the Early Childhood System
  • Linking Service Coordination to Data
  • Early Intervention Implementation
  • Practical Tips for Service Coordinators

Upcoming Kaleidoscope Trainings:

According to Catherine Hancock's email to LSMs on 1/7/15, Kaleidoscope I and II will be cancelled for Spring 2016. The ITC team will be working this spring and summer to update and revise Kaleidoscope training to streamline content, take advantage of new professional development (PD) materials, and align the curriculum with best practices in PD and implementation science. The requirement to attend KI and KII within one year of employment will be extended to Fall 2016 for new staff. Please see Catherine's email for additional information.
